Job Expectations:
- Lead, train and coach all crew members to provide great guest experiences
- Uphold the company’s Vision, Values and Culture and have a strong passion to serve
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant
- Maximize sales and restaurant profitability
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training and developing of crew members
- Fulfill highest level of cleanliness, safety and sanitation
- Conduct weekly inventory to minimize waste and control costs
Experience:
- Restaurant management experience preferred or the equivalent of two years restaurant related work in a casual, family or fine dining restaurant
