BBQ GRILL GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
- PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSOR. The Max & Erma’s BBQ Grill Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) runs from May 15, 2018 at 10:00 am EDT to June 17, 2018 at 10:00 pm EDT (“Promotion Period”) and is sponsored by Max & Erma’s Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Max & Erma’s”).
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
- ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be at least 18 years or age at the time of entry. Valid proof of age will be required to collect prize. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s franchisees and affiliates (and the immediate families and household members of the forgoing) are not eligible to win.
- PRIZE. One outdoor BBQ Grill per 26 participating Max & Erma’s locations. ARV of $200.
- HOW TO ENTER. Raffle ticket will be supplied to those who order a Max & Erma’s BBQ Combo meal or upon request. Completed raffle tickets should be dropped in an on-premise collection box for chance to win. Limit one entry per person per day during Promotion Period.
- PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS. Sweepstakes is available at Max & Erma’s restaurants located in the following cities: Aberdeen, SD; Lake St. Louis, MO; Clinton Township, MI; Hilliard, OH; Gahanna, OH; Dublin, OH; Pickerington, OH; Reynoldsburg, OH; Westerville, OH; Dayton, OH; Middleburg Heights, OH; Mentor, OH; Maumee, OH; Perrysburg, OH; Columbus (On The Blvd); OH, Lancaster, OH; Edinburgh, IN; Carmel, IN; Huntington, WV; Monroeville, PA; Mars, PA; Erie, PA; McMurray, PA; Washington, PA; Pittsburgh, PA.
- SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries at each participating Max & Erma’s location on June 18, 2018 and will be notified via phone within two days of selection. Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS. Winners will be required to respond within 48 hours or the prize with be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Each selected winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within five days of notification (first attempted delivery) or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor. Any and all federal, state and local taxes and any other related expenses on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.By entering this Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, each entrant and each winner agrees that neither Sponsor nor its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and/or any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees or franchisees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, any personal injury or death associated with the use of the prize. Acceptance of prize further constitutes the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winners name, state of residence, likeness and/or prize and biographical information worldwide without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.
