VACATION GETAWAY FOR TWO SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSOR. The Max & Erma’s Vacation Getaway for Two Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) runs from August 1, 2022 at 10:00 am EDT to August 31, 2022 at 10:00 pm EDT (“Promotion Period”) and is sponsored by Max & Erma’s Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Max & Erma’s”).
  2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be at least 18 years or age at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. Valid proof of age will be required to collect prize. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s franchisees and affiliates (and the immediate families and household members of the forgoing) are not eligible to win.
  4. PRIZES. One vacation getaway, ARV of $2400 split between 6 participating Max & Erma’s restaurants and 7 t-shirt and travel mug sets, ARV of $40 per 6 participating Max & Erma’s restaurants.
  5. HOW TO ENTER. Complete an entry by checking in 3 times through the Max & Erma’s Good Neighbor Rewards loyalty program during sweepstakes period. Entries can also be made upon request.
  6. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS. Sweepstakes is available at Max & Erma’s restaurants located in the following cities: Erie, PA, Mars, PA, Monroeville, PA, Middleburg Heights, OH, Lancaster, OH and Edinburgh, IN.
  7. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries on September 5, 2022 and will be notified via phone or email within two days of selection. 
  8. TERMS & CONDITIONS. Winners will be required to respond within 48 hours or the prize with be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Each selected winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within five days of notification (first attempted delivery) or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor. Any and all federal, state and local taxes and any other related expenses on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.By entering this Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, each entrant and each winner agrees that neither Sponsor nor its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and/or any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees or franchisees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, any personal injury or death associated with the use of the prize. Acceptance of prize further constitutes the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winners name, state of residence, likeness and/or prize and biographical information worldwide without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Winner may be required to comment on their prize for use by Sponsor in all media. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.   9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, delayed or illegible entries, nor for any incorrect or inaccurate information.
